I came accross the advertisement of their openings thru newspaper. I guess this is the only Spanish food in KK. I have tried Spanish food in England and Barcelona years back. The following food didn't bring back the taste. The Menu looks good but the things (Lamb Shank, Potato Onion Omelette) that we wanted to order were unavailable. We wanted to try Paella (minimum order 2 pax, RM29.90/pax) but we were rushing for a movie so we decided to do that another time. The Tapas were accompanied by bread. We didn't replace our maincourse (Lambshank) with other food because we were not in a mood of eating very much bread. Just realised that we have not ordered many things. I will go back for paella, so will update the review next round~!
Review:
Price Range (Main Course): RM20 onwards, limited choice. Total bill for the following food was RM50+
Food: Spanish, 3.5/5
Service: Staff were friendly but not well trained, unfamiliar with the food that they are selling
Atmosphere: Nice deco, Chill out place
Location: 1 Borneo, Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia
Starter: Caesar Salad with herbed chicken
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed in caesar dressing wih croutons, beef bacon bits, parmesan cheese and herbed chicken.
The beef bacon bits and parmesan cheese were requested to be served seperately. Now i just recall that i don't remember seeing any croutons. They must have forgotten about it.
